Tie on waist beads. Each strand measures 45 inches in length. Easily adjustable and can be worn by ladies of all sizes.
HOW TO TIE ON WAIST BEADS:
1)Position waist beads around your waist, where you want them to lay.
2)Cross the ends at your desired fit while allowing extra beads to drop to ends. (Hold strings taunt so they do not become loose)
3) Tie 2-3 knots at that spot.
4)Cut the ends to release the extra beads into a bowl, then cut extra string off close to knot.
5) Take thumb and index finger and roll knot.
Optional: Add super glue to knot
Made from seed beads and nylon string. Non stretch. Beads can not be removed unless the string is cut off. You may perform daily activities such as workouts, shower and swim with these on. Please be aware over time some beads may begin to fade.
