Elastic waist beads. Step into waist beads feet first. Slide waist beads up to desired area with caution.  Handcrafted with 1mm stretch cord.

*Be gentle and mindful of putting on and taking off beads, going to restroom, etc. Do not pull on elastic.  Shower, exercise and swim with beads on at own risk.  Doing so may jeopardize integrity of elastic and some beads may begin to fade.

**These are elastic waist beads, they DO STRETCH. These beads will not be ideal for weight loss, management or gain.** 

Please leave in notes desired color(s) and size. Please measure in inches. Not doing so will result in delay of product.
